Meet our silver artisan - Yanto

Yanto is a seasoned silversmith with over 35 years of experience in this industry.

Originally from Java, he moved to Bali around 1990. His career began at a small silver shop in Denpasar. Then in 1997 after refining his skills and training, Yanto joined one of the largest silver and gold jewellers in Asia where he honed his skills even further. In 2000, he moved to a smaller silver company in Indonesia where he took on a lead role for the next three years, designing and ultimately selling silver products.

Yanto further moved into other silver jewellery businesses until his passion for guiding and teaching others led him to get involved with silver classes. Now, he has embarked on a new chapter of his career working with Bella's Silver Jewellery Class in Sanur, continuing to share his expertise and passion for the art of silversmithing.
